I advise Founders and CEOs of startups and scale-ups how to accelerate the commercial results from their Product and Technology investments.

We work together to clarify the product strategy, and often improve the efficiency of product and engineering teams. A favourite topic of mine is also fostering excellent collaboration between Product and Technology, and Sales and Customer Success.

My belief is that for product-led companies, the CEO and Founder needs to retain a strong connection to the product vision and product strategy, while being able to focus their attention towards scaling their company and the rest of their responsibilities. There is a critical stage between Series A and Series C, post PMF, when the product and technology teams are growing and allowing effective discovery and delivery by the teams is crucial. The CEO/Founder can't anymore be in the details, but contrary to what many preach, I advise founders to stay close to these teams and help them uncover how to do this within their company.
