I love coaching CEOs of SaaS startups and scale-ups and senior product leaders and enabling them to drive impact for their company and tangible commercial results.
We focus on the key challenges and progress at pace, usually working on Product Strategy, how Product initiatives are decided and how their teams are performing.
Together, we accelerate their professional development in the areas of Product leadership, Product strategy, Commercial growth, Team effectiveness and collaboration with Technology teams.
I help them nurture excellent relationships with their counterparts, CTO, CRO and CMO as well as with the CEO and the Board. I support them in their professional development, via hands-on coaching sessions with immediately applicable insights.
My coaching approach - While I identify as a coach, my approach is unconventional compared to a traditional executive coach and not “certified” per se. We cover operational to development issues, brainstorm and reflect on past experiences. It's a fast-paced program, aiming for high-impact. This method has proven successful with the leaders I coach.
Kick-off and Format- Together, we establish priorities, aiming for high impact in areas such as product-led growth, team leadership, velocity. Experience shows that a bi-weekly 90-minute session optimizes impact.
Workshops & Team Coaching - Alongside one to one product leadership coaching, I also support teams to drive greater impact. This typically consists of very hands-on face-to-face workshops gathering the leaders of the Product and Technology teams, or the entire team. We review the product development process end to end and identify how to drive efficiency and improve commerciality.
I have developed a specific way to engage the team prior and post-workshop to make sure that the changes we agree upon during these highly interactive workshops lead to actual impact in the day-to-day.
Additionally, I also lead face-to-face product strategy sessions with the senior management team.
