I offer all my services on a fixed-fee basis, ensuring clarity and alignment of incentives from the start. Whether through one-time audits, custom workshops, or ongoing strategic advisory, I deliver results that are tied to your business goals. All my services are completely custom to your needs.

1. Product Strategy Advisory

For whom? This service provides strategic advice and support for CEOs and founders of startups and scale-ups. I help CEOs and Founders who need to scale efficiently and want to ensure their product strategy supports sustainable growth.

Product-Market Fit Acceleration: Refine your go-to-market strategy to drive growth, in particular by nailing your Packaging and Pricing.
Commercial Alignment: Bridge the gap between product and commercial teams to maximize revenue.
Scaling Product Functions: Help you build and lead high-performing product teams, I often contribute to the hiring process of Chief product officers, or Product lead.

How? You can count on me as your "most supportive and also critical friend". I ensure you have ongoing strategic input to keep your product and commercial objectives on track. We brainstorm during regular advisory calls and work together face to face when you have a very important deadline such as a board presentation. I am always available via email or for a quick call to help with a critical question, discuss an operational issue, or help with a critical hire for example. I input on key projects related to the product and commercial goals we have outlined at the start.

What do you get? Typically, we have 2-3 advisory calls or ideally face to face meetings per month, along with ad-hoc support via email or phone as needed.

Price: from £4,000 / $5,000 + VAT per month with a minimum commitment of 3 months


2. Product Strategy Audits

For whom? For startups and scale-ups looking to optimise their product strategy for growth, this service offers a comprehensive review to ensure alignment with business goals, market trends, and commercial viability.

How? A deep dive into the company’s current product strategy, assessing alignment with business goals, market trends, and commercial viability. This includes identifying gaps and opportunities for scaling. I provide clear, actionable feedback on what’s working and what needs improvement, ensuring you’re set up for long-term success.

These services are ideal for teams that want to gain immediate clarity on their product direction or are looking to streamline and optimize existing functions.

What do you get?
• I interview key team members, study samples of marketing, sales and product materials produced by your team and scan the competition.
• We have 2-3 in-depth strategy video workshops of up to half a day each, these are sessions where we discuss key insights "live" and brainstorm together
• a high-level roadmap for optimization
• a written-up summary of recommendations, as a document

Price: £10,000 - £30,000 ($12,000 - $37,500) + VAT depending on company size and scope of work. For example:
• Rapid Audit: £12,000 / $15,000 for 2 strategy sessions, high-level recommendations and 3 months follow-up advisory
• Advanced Audit: £30,000 / $37,500 for 3 strategy sessions, detailed recommendations, and 6 months follow-up advisory.

Coaching Add-on

Following an Audit, I help executives apply the changes we have identified to drive product success with bi-weekly coaching sessions.

I do not provide this coaching service as a stand-alone service, since I first need to uncover what will make a real difference.

Price: from £6,000 / $7,500 + VAT. For example:
• "Boost": a 6-month bi-weekly package is £6,000 / $7,500 + VAT for 2 sessions/month + ad-hoc guidance via email
• "Forward": a 9-month bi-weekly package £9,000 / $11,250 + VAT for 2 sessions/month + ad-hoc guidance via email


3. Custom Product Workshops

For whom? These workshops are customized for CEOs, CPOs and CTOs and senior member of their teams.

How? Each workshop is completely custom and focused on your specific goal. A intensive and immersive workshop designed to align senior leadership around the company’s product vision and roadmap. This session facilitates strategic decisions, clear accountability, and an actionable plan for product and technology alignment. They focus on improving cross-functional collaboration, optimizing R&D, and tackling specific product development challenges.

What do you get?
• Pre-session leadership consultation
• 1 to 2 full days of intensive fully personalised workshop, I only run such events face to face.
• 2 to 6 months of post-session support and follow-up advisory, with a monthly team check-in call to ensure that you see the results we want to drive together

Price: £10,000 - £40,000 ($12,000 - $50,000) + VAT, depending on company size and complexity (your company provides the facilities and/or cover all logistical costs)
