How It Works:
We meet via video call every other week to focus on the most important actions. Typically, Product leaders bring the key challenges they’re facing, and we tackle them together. The topics vary widely – from product development and strategy to leadership, team dynamics, feedback, executive presence, and anything else that can help them succeed in their role.
What You Get:
- A video coaching session every other week, usually at a set day and time but I'm flexible
- Phone, Whatsapp/Signal and email support in between.
